Computer repair always starts with a journey… first to your door and accepting your chrisis as my own because there is a possibility that file is missing or your relationships through that box are  about to change - often drastically and you are in the top branches of a stress tree - I know it and I know it! This also means patients and accepting your vision of how it happened and for me to diagnose the reality, fix and resolve problems with hardware, software or networks to get you back to normal: slow performance, unresponsive programs, dropped connections, failed drives or memory, viruses and glitches. Diagnosis - finding the root cause of the problem, not just the symptom but how it happened. Hardware repair - broken screens, keyboards, motherboards and other internal components. Software troubleshooting - operating system errors, bugs and driver conflicts. Malware removal - viruses, spyware and other malicious software. Network issues - internet connectivity, Wi-Fi and network configuration. "Pat always goes above and beyond... Software and Hardware deployment to match the requirement

A new PC needs more than copying files across. I take it through its first setup, install every update for the operating system and drivers so it is secure and stable, then install your essentials - web browser, antivirus, Microsoft Office - and the specialist programs you used on your old machine, set up the way you like them. Data migration moves your photos, videos, music and documents, browser bookmarks, email settings and, where possible, your whole user profile from the old PC to the new one, so you sit down to a familiar computer with all your programs and data in place.
