He ordered a new keyboard for my laptop, called me when it came in, and after I dropped it off that same day, he made the repair in not much more than an hour and called me back to come pick it up. He also repaired a crack on the laptop that I wasn't even aware of, gave me some excellent advice about how to stay on Windows 7 into the future, and showed me around his most interesting office. I think I spent about as much time talking with him as getting my PC repaired. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Jane T.
